Course Overview

Description: Proper client management includes effective communication regarding the services you’re providing to the client. This course provides templates you can use to communicate with clients when first establishing a business relationship or when the circumstances of this relationship change.

Using the templates provided:

  1. Create a financial planning agreement for your clients that outlines your services
  2. Create a non-disclosure agreement to protect confidential information shared between you and your clients  
  3. Create a tax preparation agreement you can use if your firm will be providing tax prep services to clients 
  4. Create a client termination letter for your firm
