Executive Business Coach

Arlene Moss

Arlene Moss leads the Executive Coaching Team at XYPN. Arlene gets a kick out of helping financial advisors get over being overwhelmed and take on their frustrations so their businesses soar. Arlene works to ensure XYPN members are able to help their clients prosper while creating a sustainable business model. Through small group instruction, webinars, and one-on-one coaching, members get the support they need to grow their businesses and overcome the challenges that come their way. XYPN’s Executive Coaching service is a premium service available to XYPN members. This service contains one-on-one coaching sessions, an elite accountability partner, and personalized guidance for building a successful financial planning business.

Kathleen Boyd

Kathleen Boyd, CFP® joined XYPN’s Advisor Education Team after a decade-long stint working in financial services in a variety of roles. Kathleen is an Investment News ‘40 Under 40’ recipient, and FA Magazine named her a ‘Top 10 Advisor to Watch.’ As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNING™ professional, Kathleen shares her comprehensive financial planning knowledge and experience with XYPN members as they start, run and scale their businesses. In addition to earning the CFP® designation, Kathleen pursued doctoral studies in Financial Planning & Therapy at Kansas State University, and earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in Finance and Economics at the University of Utah. Outside of XYPN, Kathleen has written financial planning pieces for Michael Kitces’ Nerds Eye View blog, and currently works as an adjunct professor teaching CFP® coursework at Oklahoma State University.

Carolyn Dalle-Molle

Carolyn is a professional marketer with more than a decade of front-line experience helping small businesses reach their growth goals. Her approach to marketing is both creative and analytical; helping people achieve a creative flow that’s unique and exciting, while using tracking and metrics to learn what actually works for their business. Based in Boston, she’s honored to work with XY Planning Network from coast to coast. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering with Seniors, making videos, and traveling with her friends and family.

BB Webb

XYPN Sales Coach BB Webb boasts an impressive background in the arts and as an entrepreneur. She first dipped her toe in the world of sales while touring her one-woman play across country, and then dove in headfirst as the owner of a popular, award-winning Atlanta-based special event venue. In 2014 BB published her book, Build Your Business: BB Webb’s “Notes From the Highwire!” Upon arriving to Bozeman she served on the faculty at MSU's Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship and worked privately with small businesses as Executive Coach. As XYPN’s Sales Coach, BB’s primary goal is to help XYPN members build great relationships, plans, and processes for selling their services as financial advisors. With a focus on consultative selling, BB’s programs and resources are carefully designed to guide advisors in creating their own systems and conversations for selling their unique value, fearlessly and with joy.
