There is optional pre-work in advance of each webinar. A combination of topical podcasts, blogs, and resources are listed for your reference. There is also recommended homework to help you leverage the concepts and apply them to your practice immediately. While you do not have to complete either the pre-work or homework to attend the webinar(s), these added resources enhance your experience and learning.
